This week, I’ve hosted my 7 day Autumn Release challenge over on Instagram. If you missed it, don’t worry, it’s not too late. You can join in with the challenge at any time – the first post is here.
I wanted to do something special to celebrate the one month anniversary (or should that be ‘bookversary’?) of my book, Seasons of Change. And as we’re in Autumn, it felt like a perfect time to release some physical and emotional clutter. Hence the 7 day Autumn Release challenge was born!
Releasing in Autumn
Autumn is a time for us to release, reflect upon and rebalance our lives. Just as the trees shed their leaves and return to a place of non-doing, we too should find our stillness. We’re often so busy rushing around or following our daily routines, that we often forget to pause and take time to reflect, let alone release those things that no longer serve us.
That’s why I created the Autumn Release challenge and I loved every minute of it. I won’t go into detail about what I got up to this week or it’ll spoil the challenge for you. All I will say is that, in true Autumn style, I’ll be slowing down and revisiting one prompt each week. I want to truly savour the experience.
If you want to try the Autumn Release for yourself, then head over to my Instagram page and check it out.
A freebie
We all love a freebie don’t we? Well, this one is in perfect alignment with Autumn as it’s clutter-free. To celebrate the end of the Autumn Release challenge, I’m offering anyone who signs up to my newsletter a free pdf of the first chapter of Seasons of Change. (Psst…If you want to know more about it, you can check out my blog post here).
It’s been a while since I sent out a newsletter, but I’m bringing it back in style. The next edition will wing its way into your inbox on Friday and further editions will come out on the first Friday of each month. (Can you tell I’m getting into the swing of working to a new rhythm).
If you already subscribe to my newsletter and would like the free chapter of Seasons of Change, drop me an email and I’ll send one to you directly.
I hope you’re having a wonderful Sunday.
Happy releasing!
